    I like to mix with SF Cool Whip to make a fluff. Lots of variations on this, love it with Crystal Lite pink lemonade powder; almond flavor with slivered almonds is also good, and also mocha flavoring.

The South Beach Phase 1 Dessert - Peanut Butter Cup - 1 no sugar added fudgecicle, 2 TBS peanut Butter, 2 TBS light cool whip. SO GOOD. tastes like a frozen peanut butter cup.

When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. No flour OR sugar! 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
