Spicy, Sugared Nuts In a skillet over medium high heat, combine: 1C Sugar 1 (BIG) pinch Cayenne 1/4t paprika 1T Cinnamon 1/4C Water Add 2C nuts and stir constantly until the sugar has re-crystalizes. Spread to cool on parchment paper.

Savory Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Boil a Clive if garlic for every sweet potato used and mash with French onion sour cream based dip (I use Anderson Erickson)
Chewy Granola Bars: 5c oats, 2c rice crispies, 0.5c flour, 1c flaxseed, 2t. baking soda, 2t. vanilla, 2c peanut butter, 12oz honey, 2/3c brown sugar, 4c stuff (nuts, craisins, chocolate chips, etc.) Press into 9x13 pan lined with waxed paper or muffin tins. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes Take out and press in again Bake another 10 minutes Cool 10min and cut Let cool before removing
Monterrey Sausage Pie...Made 8/8/12. This was super easy to make and really good! I used Jimmy Dean sausage this time, next time I might try to lighten it up using turkey sausage. I have to say, the nutritional information wasn't that horrible, even with the regular sausage. This is a great recipe to make if you are craving breakfast for dinner. :)
Snicker-doodles! Double it, try it with some almond extract
Peanut Butter Granola: Melt 12oz Honey and 2C peanut butter w/ 1t cinnamon, add 1t vanilla extract. Pour over: 6C oats, 1C Flax seed mill, 2C Rice Krispies, 2-3C nuts of choice. Bake @300 for 30 min, stir, bake another 30 min. Turn off oven. Add raisins, crasins, etc. Let dry in the oven until cool. Add chocolate. Yup.
Put ham in a cupcake pan, fill with one egg and misc ingredients (cheese? Bacon? Spices? Veggies?) then bake!
