Turkey Gravy: 2½ c. drippings from Roasted Turkey; ¼ c. flour; ¼ c. chicken broth or water; salt+pepper to taste; opt.: other herbs, seasonings to taste Skim off most fat. Simmer for about 10-15 min. stovetop, stirring occasionally. Remove celery, onion,+large pieces drippings. Simmer. Mix flour+broth or water in small mason jar with lid; shake it up to mix. Gradually whisk in flour/liquid mix into drippings til smooth. Lower temperature. Add salt+pepper,+other seasonings to taste. Whisk again.
