As part of our Mother's and Father's Day Celebration, students were given a family project to create a car out of cardboard. We had a "car show" where parents came to school and walked through the classes to view all of the cars. After our car show, we treated the parents to a music concert, featuring some of our favorite songs from our year in Kindergarten. Then, in the afternoon, we had a "drive in movie" in our classroom -- complete with popcorn and juice boxes!
