This is the treadmill workout that got me running. Find your comfortable walking and running pace. Mine is 3.5 mph walking and 6.5-7 mph running. Set your treadmill for speed intervals. Start by walking for .10 miles. Then run for .15 miles. You can swap this until you are more comfortable running. Do these intervals for as long as you can (in miles or in minutes).
