Patriotic Tulle Flag Wreath. Used a wreath from the Target dollar spot & almost 2 yards each of red & white and 1 yard of blue (cut into about 3" wide, 15" long strips). Put three pieces of tulle together & tie it around the wreath. You can have this done in about 30 minutes. The cutting was the 'toughest' part.
