Cauliflower Alfredo ~update-the ingredient measurements really depend on how much cauliflower you cook. How I changed it up- steamed the cauliflower, used blender with only 1 1/2 cups broth, more salt & pepper, no pasta starch water (yuck) & added parmesan cheese. Used it over mushroom stuffed ravioli, sauteed red peppers & spinach. My boys raved about the sauce! Give it a try!
