Microegg, Silicone Egg Sandwich Microwave Pan | Just crack an egg into this silicone mold that's the same size as a piece of sandwich bread. Scrambled or sunny side up, it's ready for a sandwich after about 60 seconds in the microwave. Add salt and pepper...even cheese. Enjoy without the bread, too. High temperature, nonstick silicone is dishwasher safe.
Arancini (Rice Balls)- These were super good. The kids had seconds and this afternoon want leftovers. :) Instead of frying them, I sprayed them with cooking spray and baked them at 350F/180C for 20 minutes. I also used marinated fresh mozzarella and we dipped them in homemade sauce. Will definitely make again with our leftover risotto.
Gotta try this! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

Mini Tacos! Fill wonton shells with cooked taco beef, salsa + cheese. Honestly takes 5 minutes to bake at 425. Could not be easier or tastier! You could actually put anything you want in these, eggs + bacon + cheese, maybe dessert fillings, the possibilities are endless! Love love them!
