Wow didn't know that!!
So many tips, e.g.: How to clean dryer vent; Ball of aluminum foil instead of dryer sheets; Put frozen vinegar cubes in garbage disposal; Use Rain-X on shower doors; Dissolve band-aid glue with vodka before removing; How to hang a picture frame with 2 holes; How to fix broken zipper; How to get chlorine green out of your hair, etc.
(great to remember for move-out or in) Place a dishwasher-safe cup filled with plain white vinegar on the top rack of the dishwasher. Using the hottest water available, run the dishwasher through a cycle. The vinegar will help to wash away the loose, greasy grime, sanitizes, and helps remove the musty odor. Next, sprinkle a cupful of baking soda around the bottom of the tub and run it through a short cycle. The baking soda will help freshen and removing stains.
Another "calming jar" idea: your kids shake the bottle and then have to watch it till the glitter settles to the bottom. This one has the advantage of being in non-breakable plastic bottles. Also, you can superglue the lids on, so the kids don't open the bottles and drink the glitter glue while they're "calming down."
Time out bottles! Water, glue and glitter..mix and add until it takes 5 minutes to settle. Watching it settle relaxes them, and you don't have to set a timer! Brilliant!!

GOOD TO KNOW!! If a thief forces you to take money from an ATM, do not argue or resist. What you should do is punch your pin in reverse. EX: if your pin is 1234 you punch 4321. The moment you punch in the reverse, the money will come out but will be stuck in the machine and the machine will immediately alert the police without the theif's knowledge. Every ATM has this. Well that's interesting..

Lemonade Kool-Aid as Dishwasher Cleaner Clean lime deposits and iron stains inside the dishwasher by pouring a packet of lemonade Kool-Aid (the only flavor that works) into the detergent cup and running the (empty) dishwasher. The citric acid in the mix wipes out stains; you don't have to.
Remove gunk from the soleplate of an iron: With the setting on low, rub the iron over the dryer sheet until the residue disappears, and you're left with a pristine press.
Sprinkle a little on the shirt’s underarms and collar, then iron to prevent sweat stains on white shirts. The powder forms a barrier that keeps oil and grime from seeping into the threads.
MATTRESS spring cleaning:pour about 1 cup of baking soda into a mason jar and drop in 4 drops of lavender essential oil. Put on the lid and shake up the jar.Using a kitchen strainer sprinkle the baking soda mixture all over the mattress and let it sit. I leave it for an hour or more, usually the time it takes for me to finish washing all the bedding and press the bed skirt. Using the hose end of your vacuum and an upholstery attachment, thoroughly vacuum the mattress. Bye, bye dust mites and other nasty things. The baking soda helps draw up any moisture and deep dirtiness. It deodorizes and leaves the mattress smelling fresh and clean. I also love the faint scent of lavender left by the essential oil.
