COOL DIY colored vases, with modge podge and food coloring!
I am doing this for the kids for Valentine's Day, leaving the egg white and drawing a red heart on the egg with red paint pen or sharpie, and sliding rollup currency inside instead of love note...Will box in white take out box (or going to Target to see if they have red ones), nest the egg in paper shred, and write note on ribbon that will be tied around the box
(Used this mostly as inspiration for Ellie's 1st birthday banner.) Didn't use paint-chips. (Seriously people, that's basically stealing.) Cut hearts with Cricut (about 2.5"). Cut "Happy Birthday" w/ Cricut (1.5"). Glued letters to hearts, punched holes in the tops and strung coordinating ribbon through to hang. Took two hours, off and on.
Paper punch heart garland.. so so cute and easy and cheap! :)
Making this right now. This isn't hard at all...once you figure it out. If you are stupid like me, watch the video, it will save you a lot of time. haha. Also, I used a T-shirt which turned out fine, but the seams on the shirt to show up in the bracelet, so keep that in mind if that is would you are using to make it.
Stars for hanging decoration etc!
