This is one of my FAVORITE classroom management tools!! It can be soooo time consuming to answer the questions...Can we use markers? Do we turn this in? Is this a talking activity? I love using these assignment choice signs to answer those questions without me doing the work. Once I give directions for an activity, I quickly place checks and X's by the cards and my students know exactly where to look for the answer.

Writing Summary (Story Map). Summary writing is so hard for kids! This looks like a good format to help them see it in a couple different ways though!

Realistic Fiction Graphic Organizers. Not paying for this but i can make my own in Word from looking at this idea :)

Free! Creating a witches brew recipe using fractions. Students work on multiplying and dividing fractions to create new recipes! Fun for Halloween.

Reading Strategies Poster. Teaching students these strategies can help them gain meaning and become fluent readers. Knowing these strategies will also help eliminate students getting frustrated and focusing on a single word they do not know.

YouTube Children's Stories...great to use when teaching different story elements.

Ahead of time, write several vocabulary words on sticker labels. Put a word on each child's back so that they can't see what their word is.They have to ask their classmates questions to figure out what word is on their back.
