Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Saw this on g+ so I had to share it here. Use skim milk and low fat or fat free cream cheese to make this a bit healthier. If you have high cholesterol, you'll want to watch the salt and butter as well. Remember, some fat is good for you so don't worry about getting rid of it all.
Parmesan Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake. Can be made a day ahead, refrigerated and then baked just before dinner. Using frozen vegetables makes this dish a cinch.
