Freezer Breakfast Burritos- 21 eggs, hash browns, 18 slices of bacon, cheese. Wrap in tortilla, wrap in plastic, freeze. Nuke 2min.

Cinnamon Streusel Baked French Toast ~ Says: This was so amazing. I made it for brunch this weekend and everyone asked for the recipe. I baked it for 50 minutes and it came out soft and chewy on the inside with a delicious cinnamon sugar crust on the outside. The house smelled so good when it was cooking. It was also great to prepare it the night before and just pop it in the oven before my guests arrived. I love easy entertaining recipes.

(kids will love) Pancake Bites. Use your favorite pancake mix, pour into muffin tins, add fruit, nuts, sausage, bacon, chocolate chips, etc. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Awesome for school mornings. :)

Bacon & Egg Stuffed Avocados (just scoop a bit of the avocado out, crack in an egg, sprinkle with bacon and bake 425 for 15 min.)
