Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast casserole ~ 12 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1 lb breakfast sausage, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 can 8 oz crescent rolls, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese. Heat oven to 375. Beat eggs & milk, brown sausage. When cooked add cream cheese and stir to combine. Add egg mixture.Take an ungreased 13X9 baking dish and press down 1 can unrolled rolls. Pour egg and sausage mixture on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and top with remaining rolls. Bake for 25 minutes.

Made these this morning, they were a HIT! sausage pinwheels. super easy...crescent roll sheet spread evenly with cream cheese, sausage and cheddar cheese. roll up and bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Wish I'd seen this before last week's brunch!!
