Interesting!!! Gonna have to give it a try!. For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel!

The macaroni is mixed with the cheesy sauce, and then topped with a Parmesan, thyme, breadcrumb, and goat cheese mixture. Serve with a green salad and loaf of crusty bread. This dish can be made several hours ahead of time; cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Persimmon salad with cilantro, red onion and pom seeds. I made this for Thanksgiving and added big avocado chunks which was great as well. A lovely fall salad! *Please remember to buy Fuyu persimmons. They are the squat, donut looking ones. The other more oblong persimmons leave a weird pasty, chalky taste in your mouth that is no fun. This dish works best when the persimmons are orange but relatively hard (not super ripe).
Small Japanese eggplants are cut into "sticks" and barely steamed for a crisp-tender side dish that's good with fish. This is best served immediately.
