Savory goodness

Swai fillets with peppers, onions, garlic, sweet basil. Cover in foil pouch and bake for 35 minutes. You dont need to salt and deep fry stuff for it to be good.

Simple Baked Swai: Oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes. This recipe calls for breadcrumbs. I prefer to use garlic and herbs :) This is for my own knowledge, cause I am constantly forgetting temp and time to cook Swai at.

panko and parmesan crusted swai. I love this recipe. I cut fish in half first to make sure cooked thru. Came out crisp. Also I used grated cheese from jar even though she says not too, all I had. Next time will try with fresh.
