Swai fillets with peppers,onions, garlic, sweet basil. Cover in foil pouch and bake for 35 minutes. You dont need to salt and deep fry stuff for it to be good.

Simple Baked Swai: Oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes. This recipe calls for breadcrumbs. I prefer to use garlic and herbs :) This is for my own knowledge, cause I am constantly forgetting temp and time to cook Swai at.

Made tonight. SO good! Layer chopped apple, sweet potato, & onion in bottom of crock pot. Add pork, 1c. Apple juice, basil, s, & cinnamon. Top with more chopped apple, sweet potato,& onion. High 3.5hrs, low6-8hrs. I did whipped sweet potatoes with butter, cinnamon, & brn sugar on the side. SO GOOD!! ~Rachel~
