A Wall That Plays Music When It Rains---When it rains, this unique colorful wall in Germany becomes a charming musical instrument. Referred to as Neustadt Kunsthofpassage, when water runs through the drain pipes and gutter system that are attached to the outside of the building, they become an awakened orchestra. --Must go back to Germany and find this!
Morning Glory Pool is a hot spring in the Upper Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park in the United States. The distinct color of the pool is due to bacteria which inhabit the water. On a few rare occasions the Morning Glory Pool has erupted as a geyser, usually following an earthquake or other nearby seismic activity.
Easter Island is a Polynesian island in the southeastern Pacific Ocean, at the southeasternmost point of the Polynesian Triangle. A special territory of Chile that was annexed in 1888. In recent times the island has served as a warning of the cultural and environmental dangers of overexploitation. Easter Island is claimed to be the most remote inhabited island in the world.
