sweet baby ray's crockpot chicken~ I made this for supper a couple days ago and it was excellent! *4-6 chicken breasts ( I only used 3 large frozen) *1/4 c. brown sugar *1/4 c. vinegar *1 tsp. crushed red pepper *1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder *18 oz. bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce DIRECTIONS: Mix bbq sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, crushed red pepper & garlic powder together. CAJUN CRACK: I make this all of the time for parties. It's addicting!! 2 cans of corn, 1 can of hot rotel , 1/2 bag of shredded cheddar, 3/4 cup of Chives, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, 1/2-2/3 cup of mayo Then mix it all together and add a ton of garlic powder and Tony's cajun seasoning refrigerate for 4 hours. It's best to let it refrigerate overnight. The dip tastes the best with fritos!
