A Radically Delicious Recipe: Why Not Grill a Salad? So Simple, but SO Ridiculously full of flavor!!!! Rozanne Gold is a genius!

Our dinner this evening sans buns. I used 1 can each of black beans and garbonzo beans, brown rice flour, honey, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder and cumin. I baked them at 350F for 25 minutes flipping halfway through. Served with avocado slices on top with a spicy honey mustard sauce. A totally vegan dinner....and they ate it!

Spinach Salad with Avocado, Pine Nuts, Corn, Chicken and Goat Cheese from Recipe Girl .... maybe take away the chicken. For sure.
