Place 2 slices ham on bottom of each roll. Cut cheese into fourths, place 2 pieces on each roll. Place the tops on. Mix butter, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and poppy seeds. Brush the melted mixture over rolls. Cover with foil, refridgerate 1 hr. Bake for 15 minutes at 375.
