One pot pasta - I think I have pinned this before but didn't see it. Ella Note: Made this tonight since we had everything and needed dinner fast. It was pretty good. I used half of the onions and added veggies like spinach and zuchinni. It cooked up just like it should. Gray and Wes really liked it, it was a little sweet for me (the added starch maybe?)
Chopped BLT salad. Butter lettuce and arugula with bacon, grape tomatoes, avocado, corn and feta cheese, tossed with a simple lime juice/olive oil dressing. This is my new favorite salad. The lime dressing is great, very flavorful, you don't need to put a lot on.

I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

John Legend's Macaroni and Cheese - I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I have made it dozens of times and I get so many requests for it. I like to assemble it the night before. That gives the liquid time to absorb into the noodles and I think it makes it taste even better
