Looks like Sighisoara, Romania: this is where I was snowed in for a fortnight in 1999. As it was Christmas, everything was shut, even shops and restaurants. We stayed with a family who fed us homemade sausage and moonshine and boiled eggs for breakfast. That was all we ate during the day. Left Romania remarkably svelte.
Photo by Juliaclairejackson: www.flickr.com/... Neal’s Yard is a wild and colorful alley located within Covent Garden in London. The boldly-vivid, multi-hued section is full of health food, spiritual and new age, arts and crafts, and natural bath and beauty shops. Sounds like a delightful place to both see and visit.
I truly love shopping fruits n veggies from local farmers while I travel!
