Baked Margarita Spaghetti Squash 1 large spaghetti squash 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 large Roma tomato 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tsp. each s 1 tsp. garlic powder Preheat the oven to 400 Prepare squash, oil s and garlic powder. Bake. Leave the squash in skin. Turn oven up to broil. Add tomatoes and fresh basil into the squash, stir and top with mozzarella cheese. Place in broiler for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
So much better than fried!!! Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast, 1/2 c parmesan cheese,1 c Greek yogurt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp pepper, spread mix over chicken breasts, bake at 375 for 45 min

Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
