Who knew - add 1/2 tsp baking soda to the water when hard boiling eggs and the shell will come right off when you peel. This site has instructions for the perfect boiled egg.

Grilled Banana Sandwich; Banana, peanut butter, low fat cream cheese, and cinnamon.

For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make "hardboiled" eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! I love this idea! (I have GOT to try this!)

PB oat breakfast cookies. High protein, no flour or processed sugar. (Ingredients: bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla, quick oatmeal, nuts, optional chocolate chips)

put bacon strips in muffin tin and then add whipped eggs with a little cheese about 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 min. YUM!!!

A morning tailgate idea!! Any favorite pancake mix, pour over fully cooked sausage (or bacon or fruit), bake in mini muffin tins for bite sized pancakes! Amaze.

BREAKFAST! Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. This is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.
