This is what I think of when I’m tempted to take a long break from the gym or pig out and break my diet goals for no reason… I’ve been hitting the gym almost every day for five months, I’ve lost almost 20% of my starting weight, I’ve said “no” to too many cravings to count… why give up now? STAY MOTIVATED! :)
