We do with 1 cup of cooked wheat berries- no need to soak, just throw in small crock pot at night with about 3-4 cups of water, drain in morning and add honey and salt. I often do frozen fruit if no fresh on hand. Love left-over wheat berries the next day in milk like cereal.
