Cut a small hole in the bottom of a cup. Cut streamers from red crepe paper and tape the ends inside. Glue a craft stick to the bottom of the cup. Attach 2 pom poms with wiggle eyes glued on them. To make the dragon breathe fire, hold the cup and blow through the small hole.
