Cheddar Baked Potato Soup ~ The cheeses used was aged cheddar and some Dubliner. Great choice! They added a nice punch but smoothness, and a lot of intense flavor. Quick and easy breadsticks -- These really are quick and really easy. They have very little raising time and turn out soft and fluffy. I ended up using 3 1/2 c. flour, but I'm sure that depends on your own surroundings. I might even take this dough and adapt it for focaccia. I really really liked these and my kids really really LOVED them!

Cabbage Patch Soup
1/28/12 Tomato Basil Penne Pasta Recipe - I used this as a starting point. I only had 10 oz. of tomatoes so I added creamy tomato soup to compensate and because I wanted a bit of a sauce. I only used 3/4 c. pepper jack cheese and might have had more than 8 oz. pasta. I also added about 1 tsp. basil pesto for flavor. I really liked this but will definitely use the full amount of tomatoes next time! Served w/ ceasar salad and garlic bread.

cheesy cauliflower pancakes - 1 head cauliflower 2 large eggs 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c panko 1/2 t cayenne pepper salt olive oil
Roasted Parmesan Sweet Potatoes (sweet potatoes, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, & pepper)
Loaded Baked Potato Soup 6 Large Potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 Large Onion, diced 1 Quart of Chicken Broth 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 1/4 Cup of Butter Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Cup of Cream (Half and Half Okay) 1 Cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Put all ingredients except cream and cheese in crockpot. Cook on low 4 hours or high for 8 hours. When cooked add cream and stir. Top with cheese.
