Homemade Blackberry Jam
Honey’s sweetness comes from fructose and glucose, as well as other complex sugars produced in the comb. Honey (Comb) contains very slight amounts of vitamins and minerals, but cannot be considered a significant source of any of them. For centuries, honey has been used topically for its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.

Rurification: Chocolate Raspberry Jam
Why this idea rocks: The thing I hate about chocolate covered strawberries is that they are too big to eat in one bite, and they leave you with awkward stems to carry around as you attempt to mingle with, but avoid touching, the humans. Raspberries solve both of these grievances- they are bite sized, and stemless.

Marshmallow Fruit Salad- a twist on ambrosia.... be warned this makes A LOT! I would cut the recipe in 1/2 if only making for a family or just to have as a snack during the week... I used pineapple chunks instead of tidbits and I used low fat sour cream, I ended up cutting 1 lb of strawberries and used them all, like I said makes a huge amount but delish! Enjoy!

"Holiday" Fruit Salad Made 1/2 recipe of this to serve as a side w/breakfast casserole for dinner. It was really good. I used plain Greek yogurt and a little less of the brown sugar to make it even healthier. Oh, I also used cinnamon instead of nutmeg b/c I wasn't sure if the kids would like nutmeg as much.
Four ingredient caramel toffee dip
Use a melon baller, scoop out apple bites and soak them in water to keep from browning then put a skewer in each one and dip them in caramel...mini caramel apples! Why haven't we thought of this sooner???
