High Protein, Low Cal Recipe -- Red Wine Chicken & Mushrooms, 215 calories/23g protein

Something easy to bring to a dinner. Garlic Parmesan pullapart bread made with 4 ingredients: Grands biscuits, garlic, butter, parmesan cheese.

Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos. (This is super awesome, I make it a lot)

The best icing!! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit...way less sugar too!!!!

A HUGE favorite in my house! Kids (even the neighbor kids!) were asking for more. Great to have during a football game or an appetizer
