Catherine explains: "To keep the quilting lines straight and even, use blue painter's masking tape to mark line guides. You can reuse several times before replacing. Brilliant!

Magic Binding - this technique had disappeared from the Web for a while. So glad it's back, but I printed out a copy for my files, just in case!

Braid block is about 5.5" x 17".  No pattern... just strips 2" wide.... and varying from 5-6" long.
