My kids love these! I give punches for 100% tests, desk checks, positive sub reports, and when they're caught being S.T.A.R. students. My behavior plan is based around that acronym... Safe, Thoughtful, A hard worker, and Respectful). When they get a card filled, they get to choose a prize from my treasure chest and get a S.T.A.R. student certificate to show their parents.

Got a kid who needs a behavior plan? Try a task completion chart! Great tool for a student with special needs, or one who just needs a little motivation.

send a Behavior Plan home on the first day of school, outlining classroom rules, Clip Chart System, expectations, and consequences.  The students and parents both have to sign the bottom before returning it to school.
