The materials are so simple and inexpensive, you could make a classroom set of these and have students try it out themselves. You can make a larger scale model using a hula hoop and a wiffle ball. You will have to cut part of the ball open to get it around the hula hoop
Wear an old sock over your shoe. Go for a nature walk. Remove sock, spritz with water & put into a ziploc bag. Hang the bag in a window for 2 weeks....watch what GROWS! Very cool!

Primary Reading Party: Water Cycle I had each table draw and label the water cycle on a quart sized bag. We filled it with some water and taped it to the window. Today some condensation had formed and by the end of the day, there was some precipitation.
