Best way to cook Zucchini and Carrots... AMAZING! The zucchini is good, but the carrots are out of this world good...they taste like sweet potato fries! Mrs. Dash seasoning is awesome on these veggies! If the veggies are cut thick 20 minutes at 425 or cut thin 10-15 on 425. Depends it you like crispy or soft veggies. Made by J.A. March 2013

Preheat oven to 375. Rinse and dry 1 large bunch of kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Rip the kale into large pieces, toss with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a large parchment lined baking sheet (careful not to overlap). Bake until crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes, checking frequently (they can burn easily!).
