What a great idea. I had a bunch of old stickers and labels for file folders that I never used. I painted them with chalk paint in grey and black and they worked beautifully.

I think this is such a sweet idea...and so easy to include at your Thanksgiving get together...instead of placemats...use some kind of paper product (paper bags, etc.) cut to size and create the tablet. Great idea for your left over heavy whipping cream. Beat whipping cream for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. When it starts to stiffen a bit, add 1tsp. Vanilla and powder sugar to taste. You can make it as sweet as you'd like. Mix with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add to a frosting bag and squeeze swirls onto a wax paper lived baking sheet or just spoon on. Then freeze. Transfer frozen whipped cream to freezer bags and they will keep for 4 months.
