These low fat meatloaves are kid friendly and they cook quicker than making one big loaf. I actually prefer turkey meatloaf to beef, it's always moist and has great flavor. I replaced breadcrumbs with cholesterol lowering oatmeal for added nutrition. Serve this with Skinny Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a fresh veggie for a complete dinner.
