Tomato Basil Pasta: one pot wonder. What I did differently: used different pasta (rotini) for finger food ease and interest. I also used a combo of fresh grape tomatoes and canned tomatoes. I also used only half an onion. ALSO - this takes MUCH longer to cook than it says so either eliminate some stock (maybe a full cup) or let cook for about 30 mins.
Watermelon-Strawberry Lemonade. Best summer drink! -- omit the sugar! The fruit will have enough sugar in it to make it sweet enough.
Step 1: Look at the directions on the cake mix, Step 2: Add one more egg (or add 2 if you want it to be very rich), Step 3: Use melted butter instead of oil and double the amount, Step 4: Instead of water, use milk. Step 5: Mix well and bake for the time recommended on the box. good to know I'll have to try this...

Too rushed for frosting? Place a large marshmallow on each cupcake five minutes before they finish baking. It will melt and make a yummy toasted marshmallow topping. i may never frost again!
Blend chilled watermelon with coconut water, fresh lime and mint. Healthy and DELICIOUS.
Shamrock Shake Ingredients: 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Green Food Color Directions: Place ice cream, milk, peppermint extract and green food color in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.
