Lift right leg behind you as high as you can, then lower it without touching toes to floor and bring it out to right side. Return right leg to center, then repeat without touching toes to floor.

Stability Ball Roll-Out. A great core workout. Put your arms/elbows on your stability ball, then roll out as far as you can while still being able to hold your back flat (do not round your back) and then roll back in. Try 3 sets of 5, or if you're more advance 3 sets of 12. Make sure you have perfect form!

I used to do this all the time but I added carrying the kettle bell over my head up and down my stairs three times followed by ten minutes cardio on my bike. Repeated three times = great workout!
