This is a fantastic idea! I may just mark up my water jug to keep even better track! 2L of water per day = better skin, digestion, and overall cell reproduction and vital organ functions. Yeah just plain water, not coke, not coffee, not juice, WATER! You're not made up of 75% coffee, or soft drinks, or fruit juice. Yes we all know those things contain water but try and Keep it Simple Stupid!
