Creamy bow tie pasta - yum. I made this a few nights ago and threw in roasted red peppers, zucchini & summer squash (sauteed). I added several more "dashes" of pepper flakes and also a few dashes of cayenne along with a few more random seasonings. We like spicy! Super yummy, will definitely make again and again. :)
Chicken Chimichangas - These chicken chimichangas are filled with moist and delicious Mexican pulled chicken and a blend of cheeses, then deep fried until perfectly crisp and golden on the outside.
