I did another batch with various spices and yet another batch with garlic powder and salt and pepper. DELICIOUS! Nice crunchy spicy snack!"

Cinnamon Apple Crisps 2 small fresh apple(s), Red Delicious or Gala, sliced paper-thin 1 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not wax paper). Place apple slices in a single layer on paper; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. Cool on wire rack and serve.

Tried this tonight! It's good... Easy healthy fried rice. I modify the recipe and use brown rice, cook it in a bit of sesame oil instead of the non-stick spray, and add a bit of rice vinegar with the soy sauce (not necessary, but adds a little more flavor). Also add mushroom, onion, red pepper...as many veggies as you like! (so versatile--add chicken or shrimp for additional protein)
