omitted the coconut, subbed the wheat germ with almond flour, and also the maple syrup with honey. using a dark insulated pan, my granola was slightly burnt after 50 min. still, the promise of huge clusters was upheld, and the lightly sweet crunch of each bite was just the ticket. an idiot-proof recipe that I would make again, but with only 45 mins baking time.
