Skinny Baked Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese | Skinnytaste
This was very good, I doubled everything but the chicken and beans. I used kidney beans instead of black beans, and a can of yellow corn. I had to use 2 13 x 9 pans for everything to fit. I used all medium heat ingredients, it was VERY mild, next time I'll use hot. I also felt it was a little bland, I would add some black pepper, garlic, onion powder, spice it up some. Michael LOVED it as is.

Chicken Gloria. 5 out of 5! It's a second-cousin to Chicken Marsala, but a little more rich in taste and easier to make. Delicious! Try with chicken broth.

Asian Salmon: 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 pound salmon salt & pepper 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Heat sesame oil in skillet. Sear non-skin side 4 min, moving it around in the oil to keep moist; sear skin side 3 min, discard skin. Mix soy & honey, nuke to soften. Smear on salmon and broil 3 min, smear again, broil 3 more min until almost charred. Let sit if not cooked thru yet.
