soft caramel popcorn 1 C. Brown Sugar, 1 cube butter, 1 C. light Karo syrup, 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Once caramel is boiling cook for approximately two minutes stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn immediately (this recipe will cover three bags of popcorn thoroughly).

cream cheese cake 1 c + 2 TBS butter, softened 6 oz crm chs, softened 2-1/4 c sugar 6 eggs 3/4 tsp vanilla 2-1/4 c cake flour 1 c sugar 1/3 c evap milk 1/2 c butter 1/2 c semisweet choc chips Cream butter, crm chs, sugar. Add eggs, one @ a time. Beat in vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Greased 15x11 pan. 325 deg x 30-35 min or toothpick clean. Cool. Sugar & milk- boil on med. Cover, cook 3 min (do not stir). Stir in butter & choc chips until melted. Cool slightly. Stir; spread over cake.
