Indications for Rhogam: 300 ug (1 vial) at 28 weeks and at term. Without, risk is 8%. With, down to 0.1%. If FMH, if before 12 weeks, give small vial (50 ug). If after 12 weeks, give 300 ug. Never indicated for Dpos moms or moms who already have anti-D antibodies. To calculate: Mom's blood volume (5000mL) x %fetal cells all divided by 30 (amt each vial protects against). If it's 3.3, give 4. If it's 3.6, give 5.
