Shared Love of Food
I'm no expert & I'm not a chef but I have a shared love of food - shared with millions of other ppl who feel the same passion, affinity and "wow" feeling after seeing and eating great food. I wish I was a chef! Since I'm not, I live vicariously from seedling to sprout, cooking myself, imitating the art of it and watching the experts create delicious food art! I know I will be repinning the shared love of food.
Foodista - mmm, mmmm, good soup: Meat and Vegetable Stew With Parsley Dumplings
Gluten Free Recipe: Roasted Vegetable Tart - Foodista.com I heart my veggies always...I heart it more for the glutenfree.
Easy 1-2-3-4-5 ingredient Parmesan Roasted Green Beans! By far the best I've tried and so easy. I tossed some extra Italian mix Trader Joes or any brand cheese at the end as well. Could not stop eating these and it is budget friendly thks to Budgetsavvydiva
Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate - um there's not much more I should say? My goodness...
Dijon, Ham, and Asparagus Roll-Ups Recipe - easy! So what sometimes we need to make something this easy and take credit!
Breaded Milanesa "MEELAHNESA" - an Argentine recipe but made all across Latin America. My first encounter was Peru --- choose very thin cuts of beef or veal and bread. This is sooooo good, great morning and noon sandwich. The recipe calls for bread crumbs; the old fashioned Latin American way is to make your own with very toasted bread or even Saltines! From Food.com.
In need of a new marinade for red meats, chicken even veggies...try Argentinan Chimichurri! This is an Argentine must, even as a side on top of your meet aside from marinating. Now, you can use all of that Parsley from the garden. Posted from AsadoArgentino.
Salvadorean Pupusa - It's pronounced "POO-POO-SAH," oooh, but it's so much better than how it's said. It's a stuffed tortilla with cheese yumminess either beans or meats with a vinegar slaw salad on top. This is a meal in itself. Thank you Dandysugar for the How-To.
Bread pudding basically but with Coconut --- I grew up on this and I confess, I can eat this all by myself. No sharing is necessary. =)
Korean Meatball Sliders from TheFoodinMyBeard and in my mouth ( I wish!) Check out the pics - the kimchi slaw is so easy to make and oh! the Meatballs with Tofu instead of bread....a summer party must-have.
MijaChronicles details the closest I could find to ourfamily traditional punch "PONCHE." And yes, although it's a holiday punch, you can have it anytime AND COLD. My adaptations (due to my Guatemalan background) - no tecojates or tamarind (hard to find) but add pineapple!
