Chicken Parm Meatballs. Delicious. Amazing how much these tasted like a plate of chicken parmigiana. Super easy to put together, I left out fennel seeds and made my meatballs a little bit smaller (closer to golf ball size). Instructions say to bake for 15 minutes - mine took 25. Definitely a repeat dinner. ****1/2

Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Pork Chops 4 bone-in pork chops 10 oz. pineapple juice 1 tbs vinegar 3 tbs brown sugar 1/4 cup ketchup Place pork chops in crock pot. Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup. Pour over top of pork chops. Cook on high 4 - 6 hours or low 6 - 8 hours.
