Snacks Under 100 Calories: Take em to Work! Just added five of these to my list for this week.

2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats, choc chips (I used 1/2 cup & it's kind of a lot -- use your judgment), I also added a heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter, mix well, plop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, bake at 350 for 15 mins. Delicious!

Great alternative to pop corn...Movie Snack! Crispy Edamame -1 (12 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste. 15 min. in a 400 oven

Craving something crunchy? These spicy roasted chickpeas will give you healthy satisfaction without too much salt or saturated fat.

Use Cool Whip Free, skim milk, and 1 Oreo per serving. 1 point on WW. Great to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Homemade Fruit Snacks (Never say whole or traditional foods don't taste good or are boring!!)

Healthy and easy snack-- must try! SMUDGIES: Smashed bananas, PB, mixed together, spread onto graham crackers, then frozen...favorite snack for like the past 5 years

Butter, brown sugar and marshmallows....pour over popcorn....MELT in your MOUTH

Crunch Peanut Butter Chex mix (with Reese's pieces) this link has so many trail mix ideas...yum!

microwave chips .... Oh. My. Word. Never buying store bought chips again. I mixed all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag. Plus, I added garlic salt and pepper. I bet it'd be great if you added dry Italian dressing packet or even a ranch dressing packet.
