    It's actually not, if you don't put the banana in it. There are protein powders with 0g carbs, the almond milk I use has <1g, and Hershey's cocoa powder has 3g (2g from fiber). ;)

Sub almond milk, stevia, and sugar free choco syrup for low carb option...
