1 Cup cream 1.25 Cups of whole milk 3/4 Cup of sugar 5 Tablespoons of earl grey tea Cook cream, milk and sugar on low heat, stir with a wooden spoon for about 30 minutes until the mixture changes color and thickness, add the earl grey tea (steep tea bag, I used Tazo Earl Grey, in 5 tablespoon of hot water for at least 5 minutes. I added 5 tablespoons, but 3-5 will do), stir for another 3-5 minutes and pour it into bottles. Put the bottles into the refrigerator for a night.
